"Way Better Than I Expected for the Price"
I ordered from LA Dance Designs i was kind of shocked at how nice it was for the price. The outfit looked so cute, fit really well, and didn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel at all. I was genuinely so happy when I tried it on — like, huge relief moment. Definitely feels worth the money, and I’d absolutely buy from them again if I need another outfit

"They do have a solid amount of customization..."
They do have a solid amount of customization options, which I appreciated, but some of it was confusing to figure out. I don’t have a ton of patience for clicking around just to see what each detail actually changes, and that’s kind of what happened. Overall it wasn’t bad, but I really wish the custom setup was more straightforward and showed everything more clearly before ordering.

"Nice overall, but I noticed a few issues"
I thought the design looked good at first glance, and overall it has a nice style to it. That said, the stitching had a few uneven spots that stood out to me once I looked closer. It’s not a dealbreaker or anything, but for the price, I personally expected the finish to feel a bit more polished.

My order did show up eventually, so it wasn’t a complete mess, but the shipping was definitely slower than I expected. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “it’s still on the way, just give it a little more time,” which was fine, but still kind of annoying when I was already waiting extra days. Not terrible overall, just not the smoothest delivery experience

I ended up needing to return it, and it was way easier than I expected. No hassle, no back-and-forth, just quick and done, which was nice because I really didn’t feel like dealing with a whole process that day.

"Really comfy fabric"
I mostly noticed how soft the fabric felt. It was easy to wear and didn’t feel itchy or stiff at all, which is usually the first thing I pay attention to. Really liked that.

"Sizing help was okay, but I still expected clearer guidance"
I did check the sizing guide before I ordered, and it helped a little, but I was still unsure about which size to choose. The item ended up fitting okay, but it was tighter than I expected. I kind of feel like they should apologize for the sizing info being a bit unclear, because it makes ordering more stressful than it needs to be. More real examples or photos would make a big difference. Not a terrible experience, just something they should improve.

I tried this for a dance performance, it just didn’t hold up the way I needed it to. Yikes. It might be fine for light use, but for actual dancing on stage, I wouldn’t count on it...

Maybe I’m just picky, but I like to know the real pros and cons before I buy something. I wish the product page shared more actual details, especially any common issues people might run into. I’d rather hear the honest stuff upfront than be surprised after ordering.

I had a dress that needed a few changes, and I wasn’t even sure if I was explaining what I wanted properly. They were really patient and helped me figure it out without making it feel like a big deal. Replies came quickly, and the advice was clear enough that even I could follow it without second-guessing every step. I really appreciated the support because I was probably overthinking the whole alteration thing, but they made it feel much easier...

"Not worth the hassle"
I wasn’t happy with it. It just didn’t feel worth the money or time, and dealing with the usual automated system made it even more frustrating. I’d rather talk to an actual person when something isn’t working out.

Some of the stuff is cute, sure, but the selection is disappointing. It feels like they didn’t even bother offering enough styles, so you’re stuck picking from a limited bunch.

I did get my order issue fixed in the end, so credit where it’s due, but the whole thing was more frustrating than I expected. The replies were slow, and I had to follow up a few times, which made it feel like I was doing half the work. Maybe it was just a busy week for them, I don’t know, but when you’re waiting on an order, every delayed response feels longer than it probably is. They sorted it eventually, but I’m not totally sure I’d order again.

"Looked a little more purple than I expected"
I ordered what I’m sure was the blue shade, though I don’t remember the exact name now. When it arrived, it looked more purple in person than I had in mind. Not a huge deal, and it still works fine, just not quite the color I was expecting.

I’ve liked this brand for a while, so I really wanted to keep using them, but the website was hard to navigate. It took me longer than it should have to find what I needed, and I kept feeling like I was going in circles. I still like the company, but the online experience definitely made me consider looking elsewhere.
